Refund policy

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: -

• All Products which are on SALE are not valid for return unless its a manufacturing defect.

• Fabrics, once cut, cannot be returned unless it's a manufacturing defect.

• All Stitched suits and Unstitched suits are not eligible for return unless it is a manufacturing defect.

If the products delivered have genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you must share a photograph with our Whatsapp number (+91 9918638613 or click on https://wa.link/utu11f  as soon as you unpack the items and request a return within the next 3 days.

The products are only eligible for a refund in cases of a) incorrect deliveries b) damaged goods - Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of colour preferences and change of mind.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please get in touch with our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information: -

Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and send us an image of the item in case of a defective or incorrect product.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure the returned product is unused and unworn, and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
